Terms of Service

Effective date: 24 August 2026

These terms govern Daymica and related services from Nanjing Xiaoxiaocheng Technology Co., Ltd. (Xiaoxiaocheng Technology). Accessing or using the service means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

Scope

We provide note-taking, optional sync, membership benefits, and related websites. Features follow the current app build. Local notes belong to you; keep your own backups.

Membership

Membership is sold and enforced per App. The same sign-in can be a subscriber on Daymica and remain free on another product. Benefits do not transfer across apps.

Lifetime license and subscriptions

A lifetime (buyout) license covers permanent local use of that App and local extras such as API keys. Text cloud sync is available to all signed-in users; lifetime and free plans have 0 attachment storage and no official AI. An active subscription also includes 1 GB of official cloud files and official AI. After it lapses you are treated as free; text cloud sync remains available, and notes on your device stay there.

Payments and cancellation

Auto-renewing plans bought on Google Play must be changed or cancelled in Google Play subscription management. Google is the source of truth for those subscriptions. Sideload packages in China still use Alipay and similar existing channels.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for sign-in credentials and local content. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity. We may suspend use that violates these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, third-party outages, or data issues caused by missing backups.

Changes and termination

We may adjust features or these terms and will post updates on this page. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion in the app.
